| 摘 要： | 目的 探讨结核性脑膜炎头颅CT和脑脊液特点,为临床诊断和治疗提供参考.方法 搜集50例结核性脑膜炎患者的临床资料,其中男31例,女19例, 回顾性分析头颅CT的表现以及脑脊液特点.结果 结核性脑膜炎的CT征象主要有脑积水、脑梗死、白质水肿、钙化、结核瘤等.脑脊液特点为脑脊液压力增高,蛋白增高,糖及氯化物降低,腺苷脱氨酶增高,CRP增高.结论 头颅影像学和脑脊液特点是诊断结核性脑膜炎的重要指标.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the characteristics of brain CT and cerebrospinal fluid(CSF),and to provide a reference for diagnosis and treatment of tuberculous meningitis.Methods Fifty patients including 31 males and 19 females were collected.Retrospective analysis of brain CT and CSF were done.Results The manifestination of brain CT included hydrocephalus,cerebral infarction,edema of white mater,calcification,tuberculoma,etc.The characteristic of CSF showed that pressure of CSF increased,protein concentration ... |
