131例股骨颈骨折治疗的临床分析

目的探讨各种类型股骨颈骨折治疗方法的选择和评价。方法通过回顾性研究方法,分析自1983年1月～2002年1月收治各型股骨颈骨折患者131例,其中牵引治疗38例,手术治疗93例。结果本组随访时间平均4.5年,牵引治疗组功能恢复的优良率为42.1%(16/38),手术治疗组功能恢复的优良率为83.9%。手术治疗效果明显优于牵引治疗。结论对于无手术禁忌的股骨颈骨折患者,及早手术治疗有助于患者早日恢复功能,缩短治疗时间,减少致残率。

The selection of therapeutic methods and evaluation in the treatment of femoral neck fracture

Objective To investigate the selection and evaluation of different methods for the treatment of femoral neck fracture. Methods From Jan.1983to Jan.2002,131cases of femoral neck fracture were ana-lyzed retrospectively.38cases were treated by traction,93cases were treated by operation. Results Among131cases,the functional restoration was satisfactory in42.1%of traction group,and in83.9%of operation group.The operative efficacy was better than that of traction obviously. Conclusion For patients without opera-tion contraindication,the operation should be done as soon as possible.It would be benefit for enhancing early functional restoration,shortening therapeutic time and reducing the mutilation rate.
