摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法同时测定养胃舒颗粒中绿原酸、牡荆素鼠李糖苷和橙皮苷3个成分的方法.方法:色谱条件:Agilent Zorbax SB-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm)色谱柱,以乙腈 (A)-0.1% 甲酸 (B) 体系为流动相进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1,柱温为30℃,检测波长为330 nm.结果:3种成分均能达到基线分离,绿原酸、牡荆素鼠李糖苷和橙皮苷的进样量分别在0.020~0.403 μg(r=0.999 7)、0.022~0.450 μg(r=0.999 6)和0.009~0.189 μg(r=1.000 0)内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(n=6),平均加样回收率在95%~105%(n=6).结论:该方法简便、快速、可靠、重复性好,可为养胃舒颗粒的质量控制提供参考依据.

Abstract:Objective: To establish an HPLC method for the simultaneous determination of chlorogenic acid, vitexin rhamnoside and hesperidin in Yangweishu granules. Methods: The HPLC separation was performed on a Zorbax SB-C18 (250 mm × 4.6 mm, 5 μm) column using acetonitrile ( A ) -0.1% formic acid (B) as the mobile phase with gradient elution at the flow rate of 1. 0 ml·min-1. The column temperature was at 30℃ and the detection wavelength was 327nm. Results: The results showed that the three ef- fective components were separated well and had good linear relationship : chlorogenic acid was within the range of 0.020-0. 403 μg( r = 0. 999 7), vitexin rhamnoside was within the range of 0. 022-0. 450μg ( r = 0. 999 6) and hesperidin was within the range of 0. 009- 0.189μg ( r = 1. 000 0, n = 6 ). The average recovery was between 95 % - 105 % ( n = 6 ). Conclusion: The method is steady with high precision and good repeatability. It can be used in the determination of active ingredients and quality control of Yangweishu granules.
