参术扶正抗癌汤联合放化疗治疗晚期非小细胞肺癌疗效观察

目的：观察中药参术扶正抗癌汤加减联合同步放化疗治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌的疗效及药物不良反应.方法：89例患者随机分为两组,对照组在三维适形放疗同时行化疗,紫杉醇60 mg·m-2,ivd,1次/周,连用3周,停药1周,共2个周期;观察组在对照组放化疗基础上,加用参术扶正抗癌汤200 ml,po,bid.比较两组患者近期疗效、临床症状、生存质量及药物不良反应.结果：两组患者近期疗效、临床症状改善、生存质量等方面比较,观察组明显优于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）.观察组骨髓抑制及消化道反应发生率及程度均显著低于对照组（P＜0.05或0.01）.两组患者肝、肾功能、心脏毒性及神经毒性等不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义（P＞0.05）.结论：参术扶正抗癌汤加减与周剂量用紫杉醇联合三维适形放疗同步治疗老年局部晚期非小细胞肺癌可以提高临床疗效及治疗依从性,改善患者生存质量,值得临床推广应用.

Observation on Curative Effect of Shenshu Fuzheng Kangai Soups Combined with Chemoradiotherapy in the Treatment of Advanced non-small Cell Lung Cancer

Objective： To observe the effect and the side reactions of Shenshu Fuzheng Kangai soups combined with chemoradio- therapy in the treatment of senile locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer. Methods： Totally 89 patients with tumor were divided into the experimental group and the control group by random principle, every patient was given radiotherapy combined with chemothera- py （ PTX, 60 mg/m2, ivd, once a week for three continuous weeks as a course, totally two courses with a week withdrawal）. During the same period, Shenshu Fuzheng Kangai soups were given in the experimental group. The short-term effect, clinical symptoms, life qual- ity and adverse drug reactions of the two groups after the treatment were compared. Results ： The short-term effect, the improvement of clinical symptoms and the quality of life in the experimental group was significantly better than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. The side reactions in the experimental group were significantly lower than those in the control group（ P 〈 0.05 ）. There was no statisti- cally significant difference between the two groups in the incidence of adverse reactions in liver, kidney, heart and nerve（ P 〉0.05 ）. Conclusion ： It is effective and safety to use Shenshu Fuzheng Kangai soups combined with chemoradiotherapy in the treatment of senile locally advanced non-small cell lung cancer.
