| 摘 要： | 目的：建立HPLC法测定复方伸筋片中虎杖的含量测定方法.方法：色谱柱为WELTECH Hisep C18-T （250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相：乙腈-水（20：80）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长306 nm;柱温：25℃,进样量：10 μl.结果：虎杖苷在0.030～0.756 μg范围内,线性关系良好,r=0.999 9;平均回收率为99.16%,RSD为1.35%（n=6）.结论：本方法简便可行、结果准确可靠,可用于复方伸筋片中虎杖苷的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish an HPLC method for the determination of polydatin in compound Shenjin tablets. Methods： A ehromatographie colunm of WELTECH Hisep C18-T （250 mm × 4.6 nnn, 5μm） was used, the mobile phase was acetonitrile water （20： 80） at a flow rate of 1.0 ml·min-1, the detection wavelength was 306nm, the column temperature was 25℃ and the injection volume was 10 μl. Results ： Polydatin showed good linear relationship within the range of 0. 030-0.756 μg（ r = 0. 999 9）, and the av- erage recovery was 99.16% with RSD of 1.35% （n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is simple, accurate and reliable, and can be used in the determination of polydatin in compound Shenjin tablets. |
