| 摘 要： | 目的：建立测定安心颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱法.方法：采用RP-HPLC,色谱柱Global-sp-120-5-C18-BP柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾48：52（pH4.0）;流速：1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长：345 nm;柱温30℃.结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.050～1.259 μg范围内线性关系良好（r=0.999 9）;平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.6%（n=9）.结论：该方法快速、准确、重复性好,为更好地控制安心颗粒的质量提供了可行的方法.

| Abstract: | Objective： To develop an HPLC method for determining berberine hydrochloride in Anxin granules. Methods： The samples were separated at 30℃ on a Global-sp-120-5-C18-BP column（250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm） and the mobile phase was acetoni- trile-0.05 mol· L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate 48： 52（ pH 4.0）. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 345nm. Results： Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 050-1. 259 μg（ r = 0.999 9）. The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 99.6% （RSD = 1.6% , n = 9）. Conclusion： The method is rapid and precise, and can be used in the quality control of Anxin granules. |
