摘    要:目的:建立测定安心颗粒中盐酸小檗碱的高效液相色谱法.方法:采用RP-HPLC,色谱柱Global-sp-120-5-C18-BP柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-0.05 mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾48:52(pH4.0);流速:1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长:345 nm;柱温30℃.结果:盐酸小檗碱在0.050~1.259 μg范围内线性关系良好(r=0.999 9);平均回收率为99.6%,RSD=1.6%(n=9).结论:该方法快速、准确、重复性好,为更好地控制安心颗粒的质量提供了可行的方法.

Abstract:Objective: To develop an HPLC method for determining berberine hydrochloride in Anxin granules. Methods: The samples were separated at 30℃ on a Global-sp-120-5-C18-BP column(250 mm ×4.6 mm,5 μm) and the mobile phase was acetoni- trile-0.05 mol· L-1 potassium dihydrogen phosphate 48: 52( pH 4.0). The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min -1 and the detection wavelength was 345nm. Results: Berberine hydrochloride showed a good linear relationship within the range of 0. 050-1. 259 μg( r = 0.999 9). The average recovery of berberine hydrochloride was 99.6% (RSD = 1.6% , n = 9). Conclusion: The method is rapid and precise, and can be used in the quality control of Anxin granules.
