厚朴排气合剂HPLC指纹图谱的建立

目的：研究厚朴排气合剂的指纹图谱质量控制方法.方法：采用高效液相色法,采用Waters C18色谱柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相为乙腈-0.2%磷酸水梯度洗脱,流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为254 nm,柱温为30℃,进样量为10 μl.结果：建立厚朴排气合剂的指纹图谱,确定了9个共有峰,各峰分离度良好,指纹信息完整,符合指纹图谱技术规范.结论：所建方法简单、可靠,可作为厚朴排气合剂质量控制的重要依据之一.

HPLC Fingerprints of Houpu Paiqi Mixtures

Objective ： To establish a fingerprint method for the quality control of Houpu Paiqi mixtures. Methods ： The chromato- graphic fingerprints were obtained by a Waters C18 analytical column （250 mm× 4.6 mm ,5 μm） with gradient elution solvent system composed of acetonitrile-0.2% phosphoric acid, the flow rate was 1.0 ml· min-1 and the detection wavelength was set at 254nm, the column temperature was maintained at 30℃ ,and the injection volume was10μl. Results： Totally 9 co-possessing peaks were selected as the fingerprint peaks of Houpu Paiqi mixtures, the fingerprints exhibited better separation for each peak and revealed the finger infor- mation according to the technical requirements of fingerprints for Chinese traditional medicines. Conclusion： The proposed HPLC fin- gerprints are convenient and reliable, and can be used as the important evidences for the quality control of Houpu Paiqi mixtures.
