| 摘 要： | 目的：研究中药材栀子的化学成分.方法：采用薄层色谱、硅胶及凝胶柱色谱法对栀子进行分离纯化,通过理化方法和波谱数据进行结构鉴定.结果：从栀子中分离得到8个化合物,通过波谱数据及理化性质分别鉴定为油酸（1）、十八酸（2）、丁香酸（3）、槲皮素（4）、β-谷甾醇（5）、胡萝卜苷（6）、芦丁（7）和京尼平苷（8）.结论：化合物1和2为首次从栀子中分离得到.

| Abstract: | Objective ： To study the chemical constituents in Gardenia jasminoides Ellis. Methods ： The compounds were isolated by silica gel, Sephadex LH-20 column chromatograph and TLC. The struetures were elucidated by physicochemical properties and spectral analysis. Results ： Eight compounds were obtained and elucidated as oleic acid （ 1 ）, octadecanoic acid （ 2 ）, syringic acid （3）, quercetin （4）, β-sitosterol （5）, daucosterol （6）, rutin （7） and geniposide （8）. Conclusion： Compound 1 and 2 are isolated from the plant for the first time. |
