| 摘 要： | 目的：建立益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法.方法：采用高效液相色谱法对马钱苷进行了含量测定;色谱柱为 Diamonsil-C18柱（250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm）;流动相为乙腈-水（10：90）;流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为240 nm.结果：HPLC法定量分离效果好,马钱苷进样量在22.5～720.0 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系（r=0.999 8）,平均回收率为97.35%,RSD为1.24%（n=6）.结论：该方法简单、准确、重复性良好,可用于益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定.

| Abstract: | Objective： To establish a method to determine loganin in Yigan Fangshi granules. Methods： HPLC was used to deter- mine loganin on a Diamonsil-C18 column（250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm） using acetonitrile-water（ 10： 90） as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- 1 and the detection wavelength was at 240 nm. Results ： There was a good linearity within the range of 22.5- 720.0 μg · ml - 1 （ r = 0.999 8） for loganin. The average recovery was 97.35 % with RSD of 1.24% （ n = 6）. Conclusion： The meth- od is simple,accurate and reproducible, which can be used in the determination of loganin in Yigan Fangshi granules. |
