摘    要:目的:建立益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定方法.方法:采用高效液相色谱法对马钱苷进行了含量测定;色谱柱为 Diamonsil-C18柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为乙腈-水(10:90);流速为1.0 ml·min-1;检测波长为240 nm.结果:HPLC法定量分离效果好,马钱苷进样量在22.5~720.0 μg·ml-1范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 8),平均回收率为97.35%,RSD为1.24%(n=6).结论:该方法简单、准确、重复性良好,可用于益肝防石颗粒中马钱苷的含量测定.

Abstract:Objective: To establish a method to determine loganin in Yigan Fangshi granules. Methods: HPLC was used to deter- mine loganin on a Diamonsil-C18 column(250 mm ×4.6 mm, 5 μm) using acetonitrile-water( 10: 90) as the mobile phase. The flow rate was 1.0 ml · min- 1 and the detection wavelength was at 240 nm. Results : There was a good linearity within the range of 22.5- 720.0 μg · ml - 1 ( r = 0.999 8) for loganin. The average recovery was 97.35 % with RSD of 1.24% ( n = 6). Conclusion: The meth- od is simple,accurate and reproducible, which can be used in the determination of loganin in Yigan Fangshi granules.
