摘 要: | 本文在40例心内直视手术中对肝素和鱼精蛋白的应用和剂量进行研究.通过测定病人的激活全血凝血时间(ACT)画出肝素剂量反应曲线作为肝素给药和推算鱼精蛋白剂量的依据.实验证明:肝素剂量反应曲线是体外循环术中术后控制肝素和鱼精蛋白给药剂量的一项简单而可靠的方法.

Abstract: | The adequacy of anticoagulation and the precision of portamine neutralization at the conclusion of extracortoreal circulation were studied in 40 patients undergoing open-heart surgery. These patients were monitored by means of activated coagulation time (ACT) to creat a dose-response curve, from which appropriate dose of heparin and portamine was ca-lculated and administered. This study proves that the dose-response curve is a simple and reliable predictor for adequate control of heparin and portamine administration during and after extracorporeal circulation. It is also valuable in the prevention of various pre-opera-tive and post-operative complications commonly encountered in our daily practice |
