中药脐部贴敷对肝硬化内毒血症的影响

目的:观察中药脐部贴敷剂结合透皮促进剂治疗肝硬化内毒素血症的疗效及安全性。方法:根据鲎血细胞基质显色试验,将80例内毒素血症阳性的肝硬化患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组40例和治疗组40例。两组在常规治疗基础上,治疗组加用中药脐部贴敷剂,两组疗程均为1个月。3个疗程结束后对患者的临床症状、血浆内毒素、血浆氨、血清补体C3测定,肝功能、凝血功能及血常规等指标进行统计分析和疗效比照。结果:治疗后,治疗组和对照组内毒素均显著降低(P<0.05,P<0.01),组间对照差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);两组总胆红素(TBIL)值均显著降低(P<0.01),组间对照差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。症状积分下降程度治疗组较对照组下降明显,两组间差异有非常显著性意义(P<0.01)。结论:本中药脐部贴敷剂可显著地降低肝硬化内毒素血症,减轻患者的临床症状,无明显毒副作用,作为治疗肝硬化内毒素血症的一种新方法值得进一步研究。
