“云克”与~(153)Sm-EDTMP改良法联合治疗肿瘤骨转移癌的疗效分析

目的:分析"云克"与153Sm-EDTMP两种联合方法治疗对肿瘤骨转移癌疗效的优劣。方法:51例骨转移癌患者,其中27例患者采用经典法治疗,24例采用改良法治疗;将两组患者治疗后的"闪烁"现象发生率、骨痛缓解率和骨转移灶治疗有效率进行对比分析。结果:经典法与改良法治疗后,骨痛缓解率和骨转移灶治疗有效率两组差异无显著性;而改良法治疗"闪烁"现象发生率明显低于经典法。结论:改良法治疗优于经典法,可作为临床上治疗骨转移癌最佳的联合治疗方案。

Comparison of Yunke and 153Sm-EDTMP in modified combined treatment of patients with skeletal metastases

Objective:To compare the curative effect of two different modalities with Yunke and 153Sm-EDTMP in combined treatment of patients with skeletal metastases.Methods: 27 of 51 patients with bone metastases were treated with conventional therapy(control group) while 24 were administered combined therapy with Yunke preceding 153Sm-EDTMP(modified treatment group).Occurrence of intensified pain,pain relief and decreased size of the metastatic lesions were compared in both groups.Results: No significant differences were found between the two groups with regard to pain relief and decreased size of metastatic lesions,but less occurrence of intensified pain was observed in modified group than the control group.Conclusion: Administration of Yunke before 153Sm-EDTMP may decrease the frequency of pain flare in treatment of patients with painful skeletal metastases,and it is recommended in clinic as combined treatment in patients with skeletal metastasis.
