| 摘 要： | 目的 通过对秦皮的生药学研究，为该药的鉴定及正确使用提供科学依据。方法 显微鉴别法、薄层色谱法、HPLC法。结果 秦皮正品与混淆品在显微、荧光、薄层、HPLC色谱图方面均有区别。结论 为正确鉴定秦皮及混淆品提供科学依据。

| Abstract: | Object To provide a scientific basis for identification and rational use of the herbal medicine by the pharmacognostic study on Cortex Fraxini. Methods Microscopic identification, TLC, HPLC were used. Results There were remarkable differences in the genuine product, confusing product and fakements of Cortex Fraxini in characteristics of microscopic identification, fluorescence, TLC and HPLC. Conclusion The scientific basis has been established and provided for differentiation of confusing product and fakements. |
