小儿肺炎心肌酶测定及临床意义

目的：对小儿肺炎患者进行心肌酶谱测定，判断心肌损伤及病情程度。方法：对１１１例小儿肺炎（７０ 例肺炎、４１ 例重症肺炎心衰型） 患儿进行心肌酶谱测定，并与２００ 例正常儿童心肌酶谱值进行比较。结果：肺炎组心肌酶谱值均高于对照组（ Ｐ＜ ０－０１） ，重症肺炎组各项心肌酶谱值又明显高于肺炎组。结论：肺炎患儿存在不同程度的心肌损伤，病情越重，心肌酶活性升高愈显著，随着病情好转，心功能的改善，心肌酶谱各项指标均有明显改善。

Clinical Significance of Myocardial Enzyme Measuring in Children with Pneumonia

Objective: To investigate the myocardial damage and its degree in children with pneumonia by measuring the myocardial enzyme levels. Methods: The levels of myocardial enzymes of 111 cases of children with pneumonia (70 cases with common pneumonia and 41 cases of pneumonia with severe heart failure) and 200 cases of healthy children were measured. Results: The value of myocardial enzymes in the pneumonia group was higher than those in the control group (P<0.01). And the levels of the enzymes in the patients that suffered from pneumonia with severe heart failure were higher than that in the Patients with common pneumonia. Conclusions: This study revealed that the children with pneumonia have various-degree myocardial damage. The worse the children's situation ares, the higher the levels of myocardial enzymes are. And the value of myocardial enzymes will be getting lower as the children's situations are coming better. With improving of the heart functions of the patients, the indexes of myocardial enzymes will change.
