艾板连喷雾剂对有人病室空气消毒的效果研究

目的开发一种高效、易用、无毒、无污染、适合病人在场的空气消毒新剂型 ,预防医院内感染。方法随机选择三间普通病室 ,消毒前先对病室作空气监测 ,采用艾板连喷雾剂、过氧乙酸、紫外线分别对三间病室进行空气消毒 ,再取样作空气培养 ,前后结果及消毒材料之间进行比较。结果艾板连喷雾剂能有效地杀灭细菌和病毒 ,其消毒效果与过氧乙酸、紫外线无显著差异 (P >0 5 )。结论艾板连喷雾剂对人体无害、无刺激、无副作用 ,且价格低廉 ,是较理想的空气消毒剂

Study on air disinfection effect in wards with people through AiBanLian spraying agent

objective To development a new kind of air disinfection, which is high efficiency, convenient, toxin and pollution free, suitable for using in ward with people, and to prevent in-hospital infection. Method three common wards were randomly selected, air disfection were conducted by different sterilization methods; AiBanLian spraying agent, peroxy acetic acid and ultraviolet radiation, air bacterial analysis before and after air sterilizing were conducted and compared. Results AiBanLian spraying agent can effectively sterilize bacteria and virus, there is no significant difference in sterilizing effect compared with other disinfection agent, such as peroxy acetic acid and ultraviolet radiation. Conclusion AiBanLian spraying agent is harmless to people, non irritating , non side-effect and cheap. It's a kind of perfect air sterilizing agent.
