| 摘 要： | 生活质量(ｑｕａｌｉｔｙｏｆｌｉｆｅ)的概念是美国学者30年代提出的1]。随着医学模式的转变,近年来,生活质量这一概念已为国内外广大医学同行所接受,生活质量的应用研究也日趋增多2]。但也存在一些问题,如由于社会意识、文化背景等方面的中外差异,未经标准化的国外量表在我国的适用性受限制;生存质量的概念与内涵尚未统一,某些量表所含问题的全面性也有不足3-6]。为此,笔者编制了新的生存质量量表并对之进行标准化研究,得到比较理想的结果7]。本文拟将这一新的生存质量量表应用于白血病患者化疗前后生活质量的评价,以探讨该量表的临床…

| Abstract: | To examine the pragmatic value of the revised Well-Being scale (New Well-Being Scale, NWS) for evaluating treatment effects in leukemia patients. Methods: 54 leukemia patients were rated by the NWS before and after treatment. Results: Regardless of sex and therapeutic duration, patients showed improvement in symptoms, mental state and social adaptability after treatment. Conclusion: The NWS constituted a useful assessment tool for monitoring treatment effects in Leuk regardless of sex and therapeutic period of leukemia patients. |
