奥美拉唑三联疗法治疗幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡疗效分析

目的:探讨采用以奥美拉唑为主三联效法对幽门螺杆菌阳性消化性溃疡的治疗效果。方法:回顾性分析78例幽门螺杆菌为阳性的消化性溃疡患者的临床资料,均采用以奥美拉唑为主的三联效法进行治疗,4个疗程后复查判定治疗效果。结果:总溃疡愈合率为80.8%,总幽门螺杆菌根除率为84.6%,未出现严重不良反应。结论:对于幽门螺杆菌阳性的消化性溃疡患者,采用以奥美拉唑为主的三联疗法进行治疗,可迅速缓解症状,促进溃疡愈合,且用药安全,值得在临床上推广使用。

Omeprazole triple therapy for Helicobacter pylori positive peptic ulcer curative effect analysis

Objective To investigate the therapeutic effect of H.pylori-positive peptic ulcer follow suit with omeprazole-based triple.Methods A retrospective analysis,79 patients were treated H.pylori positive peptic ulcer patients with clinical data,omeprazole-based triple emulate treatment four courses after the review to determine the therapeutic effect.Results The total ulcer healing rate,total H.pylori eradication rate,no serious adverse reactions.Conclusion For patients with H.pylori-positive peptic ulcer using omeprazole based triple therapy treatment can quickly relieve symptoms,promote ulcer healing,and drug safety,it is worth to promote the use of clinical.
