盐酸氨溴索雾化吸入治疗声带小结50例疗效分析

摘    要:目的:探讨盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗声带小结的临床疗效。方法:选择100例声带小结患者,随机分为两组,对照组50例常规应用地塞米松加入生理盐水雾化吸入和巴特日七味丸口服;治疗组50例应用盐酸氨溴索注射液加入生理盐水雾化吸入和巴特日七味丸口服,并观察两组患者的临床疗效。结果:治疗组总有效率为96%,对照组总有效率为78%,治疗组明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:盐酸氨溴索注射液雾化吸入治疗声带小结临床效果显著。

Abstract:Objective:Observe on ambroxol atomization inhalation in the treatment of clinical treatment of vocal nodules.Methods:Select between February 2009 and May 2011 vocal nodule patients in our hospital 100 cases,and is divided into a control group of patients and a treatment groups,against a set of conventional Bart seven oral and aerosol inhalation with examethasone added to the saline,the treatment group use Bart seven oral and joined with saline aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride injection,the two groups above have retrospective analysis of therapeutic effect in patients.Results:Total effective rate of treatment group is 96%,The total effective rate control group of is 78%,treatment group is better than control group,differences are statistically significant.Conclusion:Aerosol inhalation of ambroxol hydrochloride injection in treatment of vocal nodules clinical results are obvious,and clinical experience and promotion.
