| 摘 要： | 目的 :制定复方益母草胶囊质量标准。方法 :用薄层色谱法鉴别益母草和当归 ;用剩余比色法测定盐酸水苏碱的含量。结果 :定性定量方法简便 ,灵敏 ,准确 ,专属性强。结论 :建立的方法可供控制质量用。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To establish the quality standards of Fufangyimucao capsule.METHODS:Herba leonuri and Radix angelicae sinensis were identified by TLC,the content of Stachydrine hydrochloride were determined by Reinecke salt surplus colorimetry method.RESULTS:These methods were simple,sensitive and accurate.CONCLUSION:These methods can be used for the quality control of Fufangyimucao capsule. |
