| 摘 要： | 目的 :寻找延胡索渗漉最佳提取工艺。方法 :用正交法得到最佳提取条件。结果 :以 70 %乙醇浸渍2 4h,8倍量进行渗漉 ,渗漉速度为 3ml/ min/ kg。结论 :此提取条件为最佳。

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To explore the extracting procedure of Rhizoms corydalis.METHODS:The optimal extractive condition was found by orthogonal experimental design.RESULTS:Rhiaoma corydalis were soaked with 75% alcohol for 24h,then were percolated with 8 times amount of 75% alcohol,and the percolate speed is 3ml/min/kg.CONCLUSIONS:This extractive condition is the best way. |
