| 摘 要： | 目的 :为全面评价麦冬类药材的质量提供科学依据。方法 :采用氨基酸自动分析仪测定不同产地的麦冬中游离氨基酸和总氨基酸的含量。结果 :不同产地麦冬所含的氨基酸种类基本一致 ,但含量差异较大。结论 :麦冬类药材的氨基酸含量与其产地有关

| Abstract: | OBJECTIVE:To provide the evidences for appraising the quality of medicinal materials Maidong.METHODS:The content of free and conbined animo acids in medicinal material Maidong was determained.RESULTS:The kind of animo acids in medicinal materials Maidong was similar,but the content were different from each other.CONCLUSION:The content of animo acids in medicinal materials Maidong was related to their producing area. |
