| 摘 要： | 将140便盆腔瘀血综合征患者随机分成治疗组90例,予自拟益气化瘀汤治疗,对照组50例,予桂枝茯苓胶囊治疗,疗程2－4个月。结果：治疗组痊愈42例,显效32例,有效16例,总有效率100％;对照组痊愈8例,显效19例,有效12例,无效11例,总有效率78％（P＜0．05）。

| Abstract: | patients were randomized into two groups:treatment group with 90 cases treated by the "Qi-supplem enting and Blood-Stasis-Resolving Decoction" and control group with 50 cases treated by Guizhi Fuling Capsule.Results:In treatment group,42 cases were cured,32 cases greatly improved and 16 cases improved,and the total effective rate was 100%;in the control group,8 cases were cured,19 cases greatly improved,12 cases improved and 11 cases failed,the total effective rate was 78%.There was a great difference between the two groups(P<0.05). |
