| 摘 要： | 本文在药动学基本理论的基础上,利用几个重要的药动学参数、按线性系统分析原理建立起一套强心甙体存量计算公式。采用电子程序运算处理参数,因而具有算法简便、结果显示迅速、准确的优点。用此绘制Q-T曲线;可分析研究强心甙的药动学特点。根据曲线用定量的方法证明了地高辛较洋地黄毒甙安全、维持量疗法优于传统负荷量疗法、分次小量给药比一次大量给药的效果更好。在上述基础上提出了具有较多优点的改良负荷量疗法。

| Abstract: | The report showed a group of formula 'in estimating digitalis concentration in plasma which depends on the mechanism of the linear system analysis by several of important pharmacokinetic parameters in the condition of primary pharmacokinetic theory. Treating the parameters by. program calculation with scientific calculator, it possesses the merits in calculating simply . chart and expressing results rapidly and accurately. Ths pharmacokinetic chart of digitalis can be analysed and studied by drawing the Q-T curve. The curve showed quantitively that digitalis might be safer than, digitoxin. Maintenance method is better than traditional load method and taking a little amount of drug separately is much more effective than taking a large amount at one time. Therefore, the modified program which possessed more merits was presented |
