外耳道腺样囊性癌的诊断与治疗

目的 为提高临床对外耳道腺样囊性癌的诊治水平。方法 回顾性分析了3例外耳道腺样囊性癌的资料。患者均行手术切除。结果 2例术后复发，2例死亡，存活时间42个月、24个月，1例存活，存在时间13个月。结论 外耳道腺样囊性癌进展缓慢，易复发，临床上应早期确诊，彻底手术切除，术后加放射治疗可延长生存率。

Adenoid cystic carcinoma of ear-canal(3 cases report)

Objective To improve the diagnosis and treatment level of adenoid cystic carcinoma in ear-canal.Method The data of 3 cases with adenoid cystic carcinoma were analysed retrospectively.All patients were treated by surgical excision.Results 3 cases were followed up.2 cases were recurrent after operation.2 cases died and the survival time was 42 and 24 months respectively.1 case is alive for 13 months till now.Conclusion The adenoid cystic carcinoma of ear-canal has progressed slowly and recurrence easily,so early exact diagnosis and extensive excision are necessary.The additional radiotherapy will prolong the survival rate after surgery operation.
