HPLC法同时测定苋菜黄连素胶囊中甘草酸和盐酸小檗碱的含量

目的：采用同时测定苋菜黄连素胶囊中甘草酸和盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法：色谱柱用CAPCELLPAKC18（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；以0．025mol·L-1磷酸二氢钾溶液-0．0025mol·L-1庚烷磺酸钠水溶液一乙腈（30：30：40）为流动相，流量1．0mL·min-1；检测波长250nm。结果：甘草酸在0．00128-0．0128mg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系（r=0．9994），平均回收率为99．1％，RSD为0．81％；盐酸小檗碱在0．008-0．080mg·mL-1浓度范围内与峰面积成良好的线性关系（r=0．999998），平均回收率为97．5％，RSD为1．08％。结论：方法简便、专属性强，可用于苋菜黄连素胶囊的质量控制。

Determination of Glycyrrhizic Acid and Berberine in Xiancaihuangliansu Capsules by HPLC

Objective： To establish a method for the determination of glycyrrhizic acid and berberine in Xiancaihuangliansu Capsules by HPLC. Method： The CAPCELL PAK C18 column （4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm）was used with mobile phase consisting of 0. 025 mol · L-1 potassium phosphate monobasic-0. 002 5 mol · L- 1 sodium heptanesulfonate-acetontrile （30： 30： 40）, the flow rate was 1.0 mL · min-1, the detection wavelength was 250 nm. Result： There were good linear relationships for glycyrrhizic acid and berberine in the range of 0. 001 28-0. 012 8 mg· mL-1 （ r = 0. 999 4 ） and 0. 008-0. 080 mg · mL-1（ r = 0. 999 998 ）. The average recoveries were 99. 1% （RSD = 0. 81% ） and 97.5% （RSD = 1.08% ）. Conclusion： The method is sample and reliable, and can be used for the quality control of Xiancaihuangliansu Capsule.
