| 摘 要： | 目的:改进《中国药典》2010年版血竭中血竭素含量测定中供试品溶液的制备方法。方法:采用定容时改变加入的3%磷酸甲醇溶液的体积,同时测定相应的血竭素的含量,从而确定最佳的磷酸甲醇溶液的加入体积。结果:改进后的方法可以完全提取血竭中所含的血竭素,能更好反映血竭中血竭素的真实含量。结论:改进后的方法可以用于血竭的含量测定。

| Abstract: | Objective：To improve extracting method for determination dracorhodin in Draconis Sanguis. Methods： Altering the volume of 3% methanol solution of phosphorous acid and at the same time determining the concentration of dracorhodin in order to establish the best extracting method. Results： The improved method can completely extract the dracorhodin in Draconis Sanguis, and the result was turned out to be perfectly reflecting the real concentration of dracorhodin. Conclusion ：The improved method can be used for the quality control of Draconis Sanguis. |
