| 摘 要： | 摘 要 目的:探讨微生态制剂对婴幼儿抗菌药相关性腹泻（AAD）的预防作用。方法: 360例因肺炎住院的婴幼儿随机分为2组，治疗组172例，在使用抗菌药的同时口服微生态制剂(酪酸梭菌糖化菌肠球菌活菌制剂)，100 mg，tid；对照组188例，仅使用抗菌药，不使用微生态制剂。两组患儿均给予相同的对症治疗，比较两组AAD发生率及腹泻病程。结果:治疗组有15例(8.72%)患儿发生AAD,对照组有49例（26.06%）发生AAD，两组发生率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；治疗组AAD患儿腹泻持续时间(3.62±1.53)d，明显低于对照组持续时间(6.45±1.98)d（P＜0.05）。结论:微生态制剂能有效预防婴幼儿AAD。
