摘    要:摘 要 目的:建立氧化石墨(Graphene Oxide,GO)纳米粒中多柔比星 (Doxorubicin,DOX)含量测定的高效液相色谱方法。方法: 采用DiamonsilTM ODS-C18色谱柱(250 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm);流动相为十二烷基硫酸钠(SDS)溶液(2.88 g·L-1)-乙腈(1∶1),加入0.5 ml·L-1三乙胺和4 ml·L-1磷酸;流速1.0ml·min-1;检测波长254 nm。结果:制剂中辅料对DOX含量的测定无干扰,DOX的质量浓度在1~100 μg·ml-1内线性关系良好(r =0.999 8),平均加样回收率为100.03%(RSD=1.5%,n=9)。GO纳米粒中DOX载药量高达2.35 mg·mg-1结论:含量测定方法准确可靠、简单易行,可用于氧化石墨纳米粒中多柔比星的含量测定。
