子宫内膜、卵巢原发双癌组织中端粒酶及ER、c-myc的表达

摘    要:目的 探讨宫腔子宫内膜样腺癌和卵巢子宫内膜样腺癌(原发双癌)组织中端粒酶及雌激素受体(ER)、c-myc蛋白的表达.方法 收集16例子宫内膜和卵巢原发双癌患者的癌组织切除标本,临床病理分期均为Ⅰ期.采用免疫组织化学PV-6000二步法分别检测免疫表型端粒酶、ER及c-myc在同一患者子宫内膜癌组织和卵巢癌组织中的表达.结果 子宫内膜和卵巢两部位癌组织端粒酶蛋白表达相同11例(68.75%),表达不同5例(31.25%);ER蛋白表达相同10例(62.5%),表达不同6例(37.5%);c-myc蛋白表达相同10例(62.5%),表达不同6例(37.5%);子宫内膜癌和卵巢癌组织中端粒酶、ER及c-myc表达均差异无统计学意义(P均>0.05).子宫内膜和卵巢两部位原发双癌中均有ER、c-myc及端粒酶蛋白表达7例(43.75%).结论 端粒酶、ER及c-myc在子宫内膜和卵巢两部位原发双癌中的表达可能相同,两部位癌组织可能存在同源性.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the expression of telomerase,estrogen receptor (ER) and c-myc protein in synchronous primary endometriod adenocarcinomas of the uterus and ovarian.Methods A total of 16 synchronous primary endometrial and ovarian carcinomas surgical specimens were collected.All patients' clinical-pathological stage was Ⅰ stage,immunohistochemical PV-6000 two-step was used to detect the immunophenotype of telomerase (hTERT),ER and c-myc expression in uterine and ovarian carcinomas at one patient.Results Eleven cases (68.75%) had the same immunophenotype of telomerase in the tissues of uterine and ovarian carcinomas,and 5 patients (31.25%) had different telomerase expression; ten cases (62.5%) had the same immunophenotype of ER common to uterine and ovarian carcinomas,and 6 cases (37.5%) had different ER expression; ten cases (62.5%) had the same immunophenotype of c-myc,and 6 cases (37.5%) had different c-myc expression.There were no statistically significant differences in the expression of telomerase,ER and c-myc protein in synchronous primary endometriod adenocarcinomas of the uterus and ovarian (all P > 0.05).There were 7 cases (43.75%) of positive expression of ER,c-myc and telomere in both uterine and ovarian endometriod adenocarcinomas.Conclusion The expression of telomerase,ER and c-myc may be similar in the synchronous primary carcinomas of uterine and ovarian,and there may be homology between two sites cancers.
