神经胶质瘤基因治疗的研究进展

摘    要:胶质瘤(glioma)是中枢神经系统中最常见的一种恶性肿瘤,发病率高,呈浸润性生长,治疗效果差,复发率高,患者平均存活时间为10个月。常规的肿瘤临床治疗方法如手术、化疗、放疗等疗效甚微。随着对基因技术研究的不断加深,如何将基因治疗应用于神经胶质瘤,也成为近年来研究的热点。本文将从自杀基因、免疫基因以及多药耐药基因方面等讨论胶质瘤的基因治疗进展。

Abstract:Gliomas are one of the most common malignant tumor in in the central nervous system,which has high incidence,infiltrative growth,poor therapeutic effect and high relapse rate.The mean survival time of patients with this disease is about 10 months.Conventional clinical treatment for this disease such as surgery,chems,radiotherapy and so on has few curative efffect.With the increasing study of gene technique,how to use gene therapy in the treatment of this disease is becoming a hot spot in recent years.This article reviews gene therapeutic progress of glioma in sucide gene,immunogene and multiple resistance gene.
