红细胞分布宽度与脑梗死的关系

摘    要:目的 探讨红细胞分布宽度(RDW)与脑梗死的关系.方法 检测136例脑梗死患者(脑梗死 组)和136名健康体检者(正常对照组)血浆蛋白水平和红细胞参数,并分析其与脑梗死的相关性.结果 与正常对照组比较,脑梗死组的红细胞(RBC)计数、白蛋白(Alb)水平和白球比(A/G)较正常对照组显著降低(P <0.05 ~0.001),平均RBC体积(MCV)、RDW及球蛋白(Glb)水平均显著升高(P<0.05~0.001).单因素回归分析显示,MCV、RDW和Glb与脑梗死呈正相关;RBC、Alb和A/G与脑梗死呈负相关.多因素Logistic回归分析显示,RDW增大及A/G降低与脑梗死独立相关(OR=1.243,95% CI:1.139~1.357;OR=0.134,95% CI∶0.049~0.364).RDW与血浆Alb水平呈负相关.结论 RDW增大是脑梗死的独立危险因素.

Abstract:Objective To investigate the relationship between red blood cell distribution width(RDW) and cerebral infarction.Methods The plasma protein level and erythrocyte parameters were detected in 136 cerebral infarction patients(CI group) and 136 normal controls(NC group).The correlation between which and cerebral infarction was analyzed.Results Compared with those in NC group,the RBC count,level of albumin(Alb) and Alb/globulin(Glb)(A/G) were significantly lower(P<0.05-0.001),but level of mean cell volume(MCV),RDW and Glb were significantly higher(P<0.05-0.001) in CI group.Univariate logistic regression analysis showed that CI was positively correlated with MCV,RDW and Glb,and negatively correlated with RBC,Alb and A/G.Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that increased RDW and decreased A/G ratio were independently correlated with CI(OR=1.243,95%CI:1.139-1.357;OR=0.134,95%CI:0.049-0.364).RDW was negatively correlated with the level of plasma Alb.Conclusion Increased RDW is the independent risk factor of CI.
