| 摘 要： | 目的 合成哌库溴铵。方法 以5α-表雄酮为原料，经磺酰化、消除、烯醇酯化、双环氧化、N-甲基哌嗪开环、乙酰化、与甲磺酸甲酯成季铵盐、与溴化锂进行阴离子交换共9步反应合成哌库溴铵。结果与结论 产物结构经核磁共振谱、红外光谱、高分辨率质谱等确认，总收率为17％，该合成方法适用于工业生产。

| Abstract: | Aim To study the synthesis of pipecuronium bromide. Methods Pipecuronium bromide was synthesized from 5α-androsterone through tosylation，elimination，esterification of enol，epoxidation by m-chloroperbenzoic acid，ring opening with N-methylpiperazine，reduction, acetylation, N-methylation with methyl methanesulfonate, then substitution with LiBr．Results and conclusion Chemical structure of pipecuronium bromide was confirmed by 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR, IR and MS, the total yield is 13.3％. The synthetic method is feasible to industrial production． |
