| 摘 要： | 为探讨评估泌尿生殖系恶性淋巴瘤预后的有效指标，应用免疫组化法对６例泌尿生殖系恶性淋巴瘤组织中增殖细胞抗原及免疫表型进行检测，结果ＰＣＮＡ增殖指数与免疫表型和形态学类型有关。免疫表型或肿瘤生物学行为属Ｔ细胞淋巴瘤的ＰＣＮＡ指数高于Ｂ细胞和非Ｔ非Ｂ细胞淋巴瘤，前者术后仅生存３－５个月，后者后生存２年２个月－５年。认为ＰＣＮＡ对判定泌尿生殖系恶性淋巴瘤的预后有一定意义，可能成为评估淋巴瘤患者预后的重要

| Abstract: | Proliferating cell nuclear antigen (PCNA) and immunotyping were assayed in 6 cases of malignant lymphoma of genitourinary tract using the immunohistochemical technique. The results reveled that the patient with high PCNA index of immunotyping T-cell type died significantly earlier than immunotyping B-cell type or non T-cell and non B-cell type cases. Our findings suggest that PCNA might be applicable as a tumor marker for the evaluation of prognosis of malignant lymphoma of genitourinary tract. |
