摘 要: | 卡波式肉瘤相关疱疹病毒(KSHV)与人类卡波式肉瘤、原发性渗出性淋巴瘤及多中心Castleman's病有关。KSHV的主要靶细胞(B细胞和上皮细胞)表达大量的模式识别受体,可识别病原相关分子模式,并激活宿主的固有免疫反应,诱导干扰素、促炎症细胞因子等一系列抗病毒因子的产生,对抗病毒固有免疫的建立发挥着至关重要的作用。

Pattern recognition receptors of Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpes virus |

Abstract: | Kaposi's sarcoma-associated herpes virus (KSHV) is responsible for three human diseases:Kaposi's sarcoma, primary effusion lymphoma and multicentric Castleman's disease. The major target cells of KSHV (B cells and endothelial cells) could express a wide range of pattern recognition receptors (PRRs) to detect pathogen-associated mo-lecular patterns (PMPs), and then activate innate immune response of the host to induce interferon and promote anti-viral cytokines. Therefore the pattern recognition receptors are crucial in the establishment of innate antiviral immunity. |
