| 摘 要： | 目的:探讨心脏破裂伤早期诊断和救治原则。方法:回顾性分析1995年7月至2004年6月本院收治的16例心脏破裂伤患者的临床资料。结果:13例经手术治疗痊愈出院,死亡3例。结论:对严重胸部外伤患者应高度警惕心脏破裂可能,早期诊断、果断手术是救治成功的关键。

| Abstract: | Objective: To explore the method of early diagnosis and treatment of cardiac rupture. Methods: A retrospective review was carried out on 16 patients with cardiac rupture from July 1995 to June 2004. Results: 13 cases survived and 3 cases died. Conclusions: Early and timely diagnosis and emergency treatment can lead to gratifying effect. We should pay highly attention to the possibility of cardiac rupture in sever chest trauma. |
