糖尿病微血管病变的血小板参数分析

目的：观察糖尿病并发大血管和微血管病变以及动脉粥样硬化与高凝状态的密切关系，血小板许多功能异常，对糖尿病患者微血管病变的作用［１］。方法：对血小板参数血小板（ＰＬＴ），血小板平均体积（ＭＰＶ），血小板压积（ＰＣＴ），血小板分布宽度（ＰＤＷ），血小板聚集率变化分析。结果：发现糖尿病微血管病变ＭＰＶ，ＰＤＷ明显增高，血小板聚集功能增高。结论：该类疾病发生率的增高部分和血小板聚集功能增高有关。

Analyze platelet parameter in diabetes with arteriole disease

Objective It is to observe the relationship between hypercoagulability status and the disease of main artery and arteriole, the relationship between hypercoagulability status and arteriosclerosis, the effect of platelet's abnormal function on the arteriole disease in diabetes. Methods: It is to analyze the platelet parameter including MPV,PCT,PDW, platelet count and its aggregation rate. Results: Diabetes with arteriolo. disease has higher MPV, PDW and aggregation rate. Conclusion:The platelet aggregation function may play a role in the diabetes arteriole disease.
