复方斑蝥胶囊对老年肝癌患者术后T细胞免疫功能的影响

目的探讨复方斑蝥胶囊对老年原发性肝细胞癌（HCC）患者切除术后T细胞免疫功能的影响。方法42例经手术切除及病理证实的老年HCC患者，根据术后是否服用复方斑蝥胶囊随机分为两组：A组22例，术后在常规处理的基础上于第二天开始服用复方斑蝥胶囊，1次3粒，每日2次，连续应用1个月；B组20例，患者术后仅行常规处理；另设C组20例为正常人群作对照。分别于术前3天及术后10、30天抽血通过流式细胞术检测患者的CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、T细胞、NK细胞以及CD4＋／CD8＋水平。结果与C组相比，A、B两组患者术前CD3＋、T细胞及NK细胞水平明显降低（P〈0．05）。与术前相比，术后10天，A、B两组患者CD3＋、CD8＋、T细胞以及NK细胞水平明显低于术前（P〈O．05）；术后30天，A组患者CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、T细胞以及NK细胞水平明显升高（P〈0．05），而B组患者CD8＋、T细胞以及NK细胞水平明显升高（P〈0．05）。A、B两组比较，术后10天A组患者NK细胞水平明显高于B组（P〈0．05）；术后30天，A组患者CD3＋、CD4＋、CD8＋、T细胞以及NK细胞水平明显高于B组（P〈O．05）。结论老年HCC患者手术前后存在T细胞免疫功能紊乱，复方斑蝥胶囊有利于提高老年HCC患者术后的T细胞免疫功能。

Influence of Compound cantharidin capsule on T-cell immunologic in senile patients of liver cancer after operation

Objective To investigate the influence of Compound cantharidin capsule on T-cell immunologic in senile patients of liver cancer after operation. Method 42 cases of senile patients of liver cancer after surgical excision and con- firmation by pathology were randomly divided into two groups.. 22 patients in A group took 3 tablets each time, twice times daily after routine methods for 1 months, 20 patients in B group took routine methods and 20 cases normal person in C group were enrolled as normal controls. CD3 ＋ , CD4 ＋ , CD8 ＋ T Cell and NK cell were detected by flow cytometry （FCM） on the 3rd day before the operation and on the 10th, 30 days after the operation. Results Compared with group C, CD3 ＋ T Cell, NK cell obviously decreased that in group A and B before operation（P〈0.05）. CD3 ＋ CD8 ＋T Cell, NK cell in group A and B in 10th day after operation obviously decreased than that before operation（P〈0.05）. 30 days after operation, CD3 ＋ CD4 ＋ CD8 ＋ T Cell, NK cell in group A obviously increased（P〈0. 05）and CD8 ＋ T Cell, NK cell level in group B obviously increased（P〈0.05）. 10 days after operation, NK cell level in group A were significantly higher than that in group B. 30 days after operation （P〈0.05）, CD3 ＋ CD4 ＋ CD8 ＋T Cell, NK cell level in group A were significantly higher than that in group B（P〈0.05）. Conclusion There is T Cell immune dysfunctions in senile patients of liver cancer before and after operation. Compound cantharidin capsule can improve T Cell immunologic function in senile patients of liver cancer after operation.
