| 摘 要： | 2010年6月8日出版的《I临床医师肿瘤杂志》（CA Cancer J Clin）上刊载了一篇关于三手烟和致癌物质的研究，题为“三手烟被认为是一种潜在的、持久的致癌物质”。我们对该论文进行研读后，就文中三手烟容易伤害女性，女性肺癌在基因、代谢和激素水平上与男性肺癌存在显著差异，所以在肺癌的预防、筛查、研究和临床治疗中需要充分考虑这些因素等方面提出自己的见解，得到编辑的认可。我们撰写的Letter于2010年8月30日发表在《CACancer J Clin》网页上。

| Abstract: | A prospective research article entitled ＂Thirdhand smoke identified as potent, enduring carcinogen＂ was published in ＂CA Cancer J Clin＂ on June 8, 2010. We read it with great interests and raised some opinions that thirdhand smoke can easily hurt women, and female patients differ from the male in the aspects of DNA, metabolism, and hormone level, therefore all these factors should he considered in the prevention and treatment of lung cancer. Our suggestion was accepted by the editors and the letter we wrote was published in ＂CA Cancer J Clin＂ online on August 30, 2010. |
