挫伤性脉络膜破裂出血

应用荧光血管造影方法观察118例眼挫伤病人的眼底改变。其中46例(39.0％)有脉络膜破裂去血。46例中视盘附近脉络膜破裂出血26例(56.5％);黄斑部脉络膜破裂出血13例(28.3％),其余部位脉络膜破裂出血7例(15.2％),三者间差异非常显著(P<0.01)。视盘颞侧部位脉络膜破裂出血22例(47.8％),鼻侧部位18例(39.1％),其余6例为视盘的上、下或环周破裂出血。

Rupture and hemorrhage in the Choroid by Ocular Contusion

118 cases of fundus change by ocular contusion were studied wi-th fluorescein angiogrophy.46 cases had rapture and/or hemorrhage in thechoroid rated 39.0%.Rupture and/or hemorrhage in the choroid adjacent to thedisc was found in 26 cases(56.5%);choroidal rupture and/or hemorrhage inthe macular region 13 cases(28.3%);rupture and/or hemorrhage in other par-ts of the choroid 7 cases(15.2%).A very significant difference existed bet-ween them(p<0.01).Choroidal rupture and/or hemorrhage were foundin 22 cases temporal to the disc(47.8%);18 cases nasal to the disc(39.1%);6 cases upper,lower to/or around the disc.23 cases had rupture andhemorrhage;ten cases only rupture and 13 cases only hemorrhage.Fine minorrupture was found only after choroidal hemorrhage was cleared.33 caseshad rupture in the choroid;of which 16 were single ruptare(48.5%).Multip-le ruptures were seen in majority cases with the most ruptures in 11 plces.
