老年住院患者抗生素使用分析

目的了解本院老年住院患者的抗生素使用情况,为加强抗生素使用管理、合理使用抗生素提供指导依据. 方法回顾性调查本院2002年1～12月老年住院患者的抗生素使用. 结果老年住院患者的抗生素使用率为96%,与同期其他患者的62.2%的抗生素使用率相比,有显著性差异(P<0.01);按细菌培养 药敏试验结果用药仅26.9%,与抗生素有关的真菌感染11例. 结论合理使用抗生素尤为重要,关键在于提高临床医师合理用药的认识水平,严格掌握适应证和选药依据,严格执行有关抗生素使用的各种规范、制度、原则等.

Antibiotics Treatment among Senile Hospitalized Patients over 70

OBJECTIVE To study the use of antibiotics among senile hospitalized patients over 70 in our hospital and offer a theoretical basis for strengthening the management of antibiotic use and appropriate use. METHODS To use retrospective survey about the use of antibiotics among the cases from Jan to Dec in 2002. RESULTS It is found 96% of the senile hospitalized patients over 70 used antibiotics, significantly higher than other patients (62 2%) in the same period(P<0 01). There was a significant difference. Only 26 9% were delivered according to bacterial culture + drug sensitivity test. The antibiotics were usually not used appropriately. Eleven cases were found of infected fungi related to antibiotics. CONCLUSIONS To use antibiotics appropriately is very important. It is necessary to increase the awareness of appropriate use of drugs among clinical doctors, strictly grasping the indications and rules for selecting drugs and following the standards and regulations of using antibiotics.
