| 摘 要： | 随着我国医学教育事业的不断发展,建设一支高素质医学专业青年教师队伍的重要性日显突出。在分析我国医学专业青年教师现状和特点的基础上,从激发青年教师对教育事业的热爱、建设有利于青年教师成长的外部环境和提高青年教师自身教学素质三个方面阐述如何帮助医学专业青年教师尽快提高教学能力。

| Abstract: | With the rapid development of medical education in our country, it is becoming more important to establish a high-quality young teacher contingent. In this paper, we analyze the current status and characteristics of young teachers of medicine, and provide some suggestions on how to improve the teaching ability of these teachers： arousing their enthusiasm for medical education, creating an external environment more favorable for young teachers＇ growth, and improving their own teaching ability. |
