清瘀通络汤合脉络宁注射液通液治疗输卵管阻塞不孕30例

摘    要:目的观察中药清瘀通络汤结合脉络宁注射液通液治疗输卵管阻塞不孕的临床疗效。方法输卵管阻塞不孕患者60例,随机分为2组。治疗组30例采用中药清瘀通络汤,水煎服,日1剂;同时予脉络宁注射液通液治疗。对照组采用中成药妇乐冲剂,每次12 g,每日1次;同时予庆大霉素通液治疗。观察2组疗效。结果治疗组治愈20例(66.67%),总有效24例(80%),无效6例(20%);对照组治愈12例(40%),总有效16例(53.33%),无效14例(46.67%)。治疗组治愈率与总有效率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论中药清瘀通络汤结合脉络宁注射液通液治疗输卵管阻塞不孕疗效显著。

Abstract:Objective To observe the clinical effect of Qingyvtongluo Decoction combined with Mailuoning on salpingemphraxis sterility.Methods 60 patients were randomly divided into two groups.30 patients in the treatment group were orally administered Qingyvtongluo Decoction,once daily,in the same time the occlusive oviduct was lavaged with Mailuoning injection.30 patients in the control group were treated with instant Chinese herbal complex Fulening,12 gram each time,once a day,in addition,occlusive oviduct was lavaged with Gentamycin and Hexadecadrol.The clinical effect was observed in both group after treatment.Results The cure rate and the total effective rate was 66.67% and 80% respectively,and 40% and 53.33% respectively in the control group.There were significant differences between the two groups((P<0.05)).Conclusion Qingyvtongluo Decoction combined with Mailuoning has definite effect on salpingemphraxis(sterility.)
