摘    要:目的研究大孔树脂提取苜蓿总皂苷的工艺。方法以苜蓿总皂苷的洗脱率和纯化度为指标,用不同浓度的乙醇进行洗脱,对AB-8大孔树脂吸附剂提取苜蓿总皂苷的工艺进行了筛选。结果最佳工艺为药液上样量为3BV(树脂床体积),4BV蒸馏水洗去水溶性杂质,4BV的70%乙醇洗脱。结论经AB-8大孔树脂处理后的苜蓿总皂苷可达30%以上,而且工艺简便,分离效果好,能满足大生产的要求。

Abstract:AIM To study the extraction process of total saponin of alfalfa with macroreticular resin. METHODS The extraction process of total saponin of alfalfa with AB-8 macroporous resin adsorbent was selected with different concentration of ethanol for gradient elution by taking the elusive and purified ratio of total saponin as reference. RESULTS The AB-8 macroporous resin had the best separating efficientcy when the volume of drug was 3BV(resin bed volume),washed with 4BV of distilled water and eluted with 4BV of 70% ethanol. CONCLUSION The extraction process is simple and convenient with good effect of separation, which can meet industrial requirements.
