重度创伤患者血糖水平与损伤程度及预后的关系研究

目的探讨重度创伤患者血糖水平与损伤程度及预后的关系.方法选取2008年1月~2011年12月期间,我院收治的重度创伤患者106例,根据患者的血糖值分为血糖正常组、血糖轻度增高组以及血糖明显增高组,对三组患者的APACHEⅡ评分以及预后情况进行比较分析.结果与血糖正常组患者相比,血糖轻度增高组和血糖明显增高组患者APACHEⅡ评分及患者病死率均呈现明显增高,差别均具有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论密切监测重度创伤患者血糖的变化,对于临床的治疗以及患者病情的预后判断都具有重要的指导意义.

Study on relationship of blood glucose levels of severe trauma patients with injury severity and prognosis

Objective To probe into the relationship of blood glucose levels of severe trauma patients with injury severity and prognosis. Methods Selected January,2008 to December 2011,106 severe trauma patients in our hospital.According to the patient’s blood glucose levels,all the patients divided into blood glucose normal group,blood glucose slightly elevated group and blood glucose significantly increased group.Compared and analyzed the APACHE Ⅱ score and prognosis of patients in the three groups. Results Compared with blood glucose normal group,patients in blood glucose slightly elevated group and blood glucose significantly increased group APACHE II score and mortality were significantly higher,there were statistically significant(P<0.05). Conclusions Close monitoring blood glucose changes of severe trauma patients,has an important guiding significance for the clinical treatment and prognosis of the patients’ condition.
