| Abstract: | Large pedigrees can pose a problem for GENEHUNTER linkage analysis software. Differences in two-point and multipoint lodscores were observed when comparing GENEHUNTER to other linkage software. Careful consideration must be given when selecting linkage analysis programs. Am.
