人工髋关节置换术住院费用构成因子分析

目的:通过人工髋关节置换术住院费用构成的因子分析,找出影响住院医疗费用的公因子,为控制住院费用的过度增长提供依据。方法:某医院2008—2011年人工髋关节手术病例868例,采用因子分析的方法,对出院病人的各项费用进行分析。结果:手术一次性耗材费、手术费是影响住院费用的公因子。结论:控制住院费用应着力降低人工髋关节耗材费用。

nalysis of the Medical Expenses of Hip arthroplasty With Factor Analysis Method

Objective: Through analyzing the expenses structure of hip arthroplasty by factor analysis,to find the key factor of expenses,in order to give suggestions on controlling medical expenses better.Methods: The medical expenses of the inpatients are analyzed by the factor analysis method through 868 cases of hip arthroplasty in the hospitals between 2008 and 2011.Results:Surgical disposable device and surgery cost are the common factors.Conclusion: Expenditure of surgical disposable device must be especially decreased in controlling the overage rise of the medical expenses.
