均等化目标下我国农村老年人利用基本公共卫生服务的影响因素分析

目的:探讨农村老年人利用基本公共卫生服务的影响因素,为促进基本公共卫生服务均等化提供依据。方法:采用多阶段抽样法,针对调查对象设计问卷,对东、中、西及西北部4省(或直辖市)农村老年人利用基本公共卫生服务的情况进行调查,将数据进行分类及量化处理后进行多因素Logistic回归分析。结果:调查对象中有77.67%的老年人接受过健康体检,其中一类地区为81.12%,二类地区为88.73%,三类地区为78.60%,四类地区为69.29%。多因素Logistic回归分析结果显示,是否利用健康体检服务与老年人的性别、文化程度、经济收入、健康知识认知程度及是否告知服务有关。结论:公共卫生服务机构应加强基本公共卫生服务政策宣传,开展老年人健康知识教育工作,针对老年人的特点提供服务。

Analysis of the factors affecting utilization of primary public health service of elders in rural areas of china based on the goal of equalization

Objective:To discuss the factors,which affect the aged people’s acceptance of basic public health services and to provide the basis for promoting the equalization of basic public health services for aged people.Methods:Questionnaires are distributed by the principles of stratifying and sampling to the rural areas in the eastern,central,western and northwestern part of China to the aged people’s use of basic public health services.Results:Among respondents from the sampling areas,77.67%of them have accepted the health examination.The figure of the first-class region is 81.12%,second-class region is 88.73%,third-class region is 78.60%and fourth-class region is 69.29%.According to the results of multivariate logistic regression analysis,the use of basic public health services is related to the factors including gender,education level,the degree of health recognition and whether the services are informed or not. Conclusions:Public health services institutions should strengthen the publicizing of basic public health services policies for aged people. And,the services should be provided to the aged people according to their own characteristics.
