应用德尔菲法建立新农合定点医疗机构评价指标体系

目的:初步构建新农合定点医疗机构评价指标体系。方法:进行两轮专家咨询,请专家对拟订的指标做出评价和提供修改建议。根据专家咨询结果选择指标,计算指标权重,确定新农合定点医疗机构评价指标体系。结果:本研究确定指标体系共有指标51个,其中一级指标3个,二级指标9个,三级指标39个,同时确定一、二、三级指标的组合权重。结论:评价指标综合考虑了新农合定点医疗机构的各个方面,有较强的针对性,对评价新农合定点医疗机构具有一定的实际应用价值。

Developing the evaluation index system for designated new rural cooperative medical institutions with Delphi method

Objective To develop the evaluation index system for designated new rural cooperative medical institutions.Methods According to the suggestions to evaluate these indexes from two rounds of expert consultation,indexes’ weights were calculated to determine the evaluation index system.Results The index system consists of 51 indexes,which include 3 indexes of grade one,9 indexes of grade two and 39 indexes of grade three.Conclusion The evaluation index system can meet the requirement of designated new rural cooperative medical institutions,which is practical to evaluate the designated new rural cooperative medical institutions.
