四川省农村留守儿童健康状况及相关行为研究

目的:了解农村留守儿童的健康状况及相关行为,为改善留守儿童的健康状况提供科学依据。方法:对四川省某地区两所农村小学的学生进行问卷调查。结果:留守儿童的两周患病率高于非留守儿童,其中父亲看护类型的两周患病率最高。农村儿童卫生行为较差,其中单亲留守卫生行为最差。留守与非留守儿童求医率均高。结论:农村留守儿童健康状况较差,卫生、就医行为存在弊端,改善他们的卫生及就医行为十分必要。

Study on health status and health's relative behaviors of rural left-behind children in Sichuan province

Objective: To investigate rural left-behind children’s health status and relative behaviors in Sichuan province,to provide scientific reference for improving their health.Methods: We used questionnaire to investigate two schools’ students in Sichuan rural region.Results: The left-behind children’s two-week prevalence was higher than that of the non-left-behind children’s,and taking-care-by-father type’s two-week prevalence was the highest.Rural children have poor health behavior,among them,single-parent-left-behind children are the worst.Both left-behind children and non-left-behind children’s initiative medical behavior are often.Conclusion: Rural left-behind children’s health situation is bad.Rural children’s health action and initiative medical behavior have shortcomings,so it is necessary to improve them health common sense and health-care knowledge.
