医学院校学生思想政治教育工作的运行机制研究

医学教育承担着培育医学人才的重任,思想政治教育在医学教育中处于重要地位。保证大学生思想政治教育工作的有效性,要坚持主体性、参与性和整体性原则;要建立一套协调、灵活、高效的运行机制,包括以人为本、服务至上的全员育人管理机制,高校思想政治理论课的主渠道机制,以校园文化生活为载体的环境育人机制,以防为主的心理健康教育机制,以关爱为核心的激励机制和交往机制,知行统一的德育评价机制。

Studying on the operating mechanism for ideological and political education on medical college students

Medical sciences education is responsible for cultivating medical professionals,in which ideological and political education is vital.In order to ensure the effectiveness of ideological and political education on college students,the principle of subject,participation and entirety should be insisted.And coordinated,flexible and efficient operating mechanism needs to be developed,which includes people-oriented comprehensive education,main channel of ideological and political education courses,combination with campus culture construction,preventive mental health education,cordial incentive system and united evaluation system.
